In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on go555 you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not open Accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. go555 enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending review.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of go555, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling generally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing Wagers.

go555 operates a one-account-per-Member policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will be merged or closed, and any bonus credits obtained through duplicate Accounts will be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. go555 will rely on the details you provide for KYC verification and for processing deposits and withdrawals. Any inaccuracy discovered during verification may result in Account suspension pending resolution.

You are responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. go555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact go555 support immediately via live in-platform chat.

go555 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and virtual accounts. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction on the Cashier page. go555 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. go555 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account that does not belong to the registered Member will be returned (less any applicable bank fees) and the Account flagged for review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a verified account bearing the Member's registered name. go555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): within 1–15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata): within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside business hours are processed at the start of the next business window.

go555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, go555 will notify the Member and request any additional documentation required to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

The Platform operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All Wallet balances, Wager amounts, bonus credits, and winnings are denominated in IDR. go555 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion transactions on the Platform.

go555 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. Bonuses are credited to the Member's Account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. By claiming a Bonus, a Member agrees to the applicable promotion-specific terms, which include but are not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods.

The following general Bonus terms apply to all go555 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• A Bonus may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before the Bonus balance (and, where applicable, any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• go555 imposes a maximum single Wager restriction while a Bonus is active. Placing a Wager that exceeds this restriction may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, jackpot slots, and specific table game variants — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. go555 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting, arbitrage, and the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus. Where abuse is detected, go555 reserves the right to void the Bonus and any associated winnings and to close the Account.
• go555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or un-wagered Bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.

All Wagers placed on the go555 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market to which they relate, as displayed within the Platform. go555 reserves the right to void any Wager in the following circumstances:

• The Wager was placed on an event or game outcome that was already determined at the time of placement (late betting).
• The odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or human error.
• The Wager was placed in a manner that go555 reasonably believes to constitute match-fixing, fraud, or insider knowledge.
• The relevant sporting event or game round was cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered before completion.
• The Wager was placed from an Account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed.

go555 sportsbook odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a Wager. The odds displayed at the moment a Wager is accepted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that Wager, except in cases of manifest error. Live in-play odds may be suspended at go555's discretion at any point during an event.

go555 casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run expected return and do not guarantee any specific result on any individual session. go555 will not accept claims for compensation based on a Member's session results relative to published RTP figures.

All content on the go555 Platform — including but not limited to the go555 brand name and logo, software, website code, game content, graphics, data feeds, odds data, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of go555 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without go555's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of go555 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, go555 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure, or regulatory action.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any reliance you place on information, odds, game results, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Any losses arising from your participation in activities that are illegal in your jurisdiction.

Where go555's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, go555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six (6) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits go555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

go555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. go555 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, where necessary to process your transactions (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), or with your explicit consent.

go555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.
• Chargebacks or disputed payments initiated with a payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that compel go555 to restrict the Member's access.

A Member who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting go555 support via live in-platform chat. Any verified balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (less any applicable Bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which go555 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents go555 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

go555 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

go555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, go555 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practical, by notifying registered Members via their registered email address. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
